My name is Andres. I’m a hospitality professional that loves to study, cook, and garden. I’ve discovered that wine is the perfect intersection of these three passions.
Whether I am studying for a sommelier exam, making garage wine, or cooking for friends and family, I’m always doing something that I love and that engages all my senses. It’s joie de vivre.
The world of wine is a journey that has no end, but along the way there are friendships, experiences, and delicious meals to be shared.
